We collect your email address when you authenticate using Privy. This is required to create and manage your embedded wallet account. Your email is shared with Privy in accordance with their privacy policy.

All transactions are executed on the public Solana blockchain. Transaction data, wallet addresses, and balances are publicly visible and permanent.
We use Jupiter for token swaps. Your wallet address and swap transaction data are shared with Jupiter to execute swaps. Please review Jupiter's terms at https://jup.ag/terms-of-use.
We use Solana RPC providers to interact with the blockchain. These providers may log your IP address and transaction requests in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Service integrates with Privacy Cash, a third-party protocol that provides on-chain encryption for private transactions using zero-knowledge proofs. When you use the Shield or Private Send features, your tokens are deposited into Privacy Cash's on-chain mixing pool and encrypted using keys derived from your wallet signature.
You retain full control of your wallet and are solely responsible for all transactions you sign, including deposits, withdrawals, and private sends. We do not have access to your encryption keys, cannot reverse or modify your shielded transactions, and have no control over how you use this feature. By using these privacy features, you acknowledge that you understand their operation and accept full responsibility for your use of them.
Privacy fees apply to shielding and private transactions (0.35% plus applicable rent fees). These fees are deducted automatically from your transaction amount. Please review Privacy Cash's terms and documentation for additional information about their protocol.

Your private keys are managed by Privy and are never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your private keys or the ability to recover your wallet if you lose access.
